Carr Taylor Vineyard are a family business and have been making fine English wines since the estate was first planted in 1971. The vineyard is only one mile (20-minute walk) from our hotel down a pretty country lane. They have regular tours and are well worth a visit.

Providers of all our meat products, Archers of Westfield are our local family butcher. They opened in 1935 and now involves the fourth generation of Archers. They are well into their 80th year of providing the people of Westfield and indeed those further away, with top quality locally reared meat and poultry. They were awarded Sussex Butcher of the Year in 2014.

The provider of our local fruit juice, Owlet Fruit Juice is a well-kept secret in the heart of Kent. They have been growing fruit and making juices at Owl House Fruit Farm since 1986. Their Cox/Bramley blend holds the coveted Triple Gold Star from the Great Taste Awards. Many of the juices from their range hold either a Single or Double Gold Star or an original Bronze, Silver or Gold Award.

Northiam Dairy are our local milk, cream and yoghurt provider. They are a farm-based dairy situated in the parish of Northiam (six miles from us), on the border between Kent and Sussex. Their milk all comes from cows living in Sussex or Kent. Much coming from their own cows, the balance sourced direct from neighbouring farms.
